At Argon Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all purchases. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another model.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number to request a return shipping label.

  Pack the Product

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
